We offer a range of contextualized approaches on how to best explore individual and team strengths within your organization, keeping learning and leadership at the heart of all of our program designs.
Program Option
1:1 Coaching Series
The levels of reports available provide a profile of one’s results. We find that placing the report in the context of a series of individual coaching sessions is most impactful.

Intact Team Workshop
For intact teams looking to create a space to get to know each other’s work orientations and approaches, this can be done as a stand-alone session or added on to a standard team meeting.

Team Cohesion Booster
For teams that require extra focus on aspects like work orientation, understanding and appreciating each other’s contributions, and general alignment, this approach can be beneficial.

A module of a formal, structured leadership program, this is often best done at the front end to facilitate getting to know cohort members and kick off the program effectively.
